Hey everyone. Today join me and everyone over at The French Cupboard for
a Paper Crazy Party...
The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place: from the sky, from the earth, from a scrap of paper, from a passing shape, from a spider's web.

Only on paper has humanity yet achieved glory, beauty, truth, knowledge, virtue, and abiding love.

This is one of my favorite pieces. I love hats and this is my new love. Making all kinds of hats out of paper. Hopefully I will have a new collection by Christmas time to share with you.
For the twins first day of Kindergarten, I sent their teachers each a little paper present. They each got a big letter wall hanging or door hanger, all decked out with different papers, stamps, lace, and other fun stuff. I have to say, I just fell in love with these.
They were so much fun to make, and I was having so much fun that I could not send them without a really cute tag to decorate the bag.
Now for a few of my girls that hang around the studio

I love to make mixed media pieces with my childrens pictures. My greatest creations are my children and most artist surround themselves with what inspires them,

My own experience has been that the tools I need for my trade are paper, tobacco, food, and a little whisky.

Toto. I don't think were in Kansas anymore.
These are the tags I have been working on for my Dorothy Tag Swap hosted by Karla over at

You've got me motivated to get my paper things out. Do you ever use out dated wall paper books? they are so fun and the possibilities are endless.
Your work is wonderful I love it all.
Keep up the good work.
